DeleteMePlease, Inc. provides a service to help EU residents exercise their right to erasure under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We act as an authorized agent on your behalf to submit deletion requests to companies that hold your personal data.

3. User Responsibilities

You must:

• Be a resident of the European Union
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant us Letter of Authority to act on your behalf
• Not use the service for fraudulent purposes

4. Letter of Authority

By signing the Letter of Authority, you authorize DeleteMePlease, Inc. to:

• Submit data erasure requests on your behalf
• Communicate with companies regarding your deletion requests
• Object to data processing on your behalf
• Follow up on pending requests

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

DeleteMePlease, Inc. is not liable for:

• Companies' failure to comply with deletion requests
• Data that has already been shared with third parties
• Legal obligations that prevent data deletion

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
